• Please ensure all address details are correct and provided in full when placing your order. If orders are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or are delivered to the wrong address, hijabcentre.co.uk will not cover any re-delivery costs.
• Hijabcentre.co.uk is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless they are due to manufacturing faults.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, in such cases you will be contacted by the contact method you provide with details. Please ensure to check junk mail on days following your order placement.
Shipment confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Hijabcentre.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Hijabcentre.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 5 business days (Monday- Friday). Delivery will be within 5-15 working days after dispatch (unless stated otherwise).

Important Information regarding International orders
• For international orders and deliveries, please select the appropriate destination country at the checkout. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

• If you refuse a shipment from hijabcentre.co.uk, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to hijabcentre.co.uk. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
