Refund policy

The following policy only applies to online purchases refer in-store for store returns policies.

On-line Exchange or Refund

Customers must inform us within 14 days of receiving goods that they want to Cancel. You have another 7 days to return the goods once you have told us. If you inform us beyond 14 days of receiving unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be altered, damaged or stained in any way. The tags must not be removed.

We do not offer free returns. All returns must be paid for by the customer

In order for Hijab Centre to process the return, post the items to the address below. Include your contact details, order number and details of your return items.
You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in resalable condition.

Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hijabcentreonline.com or speak to us in our business hours on 01254 678618 and send your item to: Hijab Centre, 77A - 79A Victoria Street , Blackburn, BB1 6DS United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless there is a manufacturing error).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Received the wrong product?
In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect product, Hijab Centre will re-deliver your original order free of charge.
